Miller “Jack” Knight

Miller “Jack” Knight, 83, of Dahlonega, GA passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022.  He was a member of McKee's Chapel in Dawsonville and served our country in the U.S. Army. Jack enjoyed fishing and was a very devoted husband.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Bearden Knight; parents, Miller and Maude Knight; stepson, Ben Nix as well as his granddaughter, Harper Sabater.

Jack is survived by his stepdaughter & husband, Ginger & Joseph Sabater of Dahlonega; niece, Portia Parker of Monroe; grandchildren, Morgan Nix, Avery Nix, Alex Nix, Myles Sabater, Regan Sabater, Ryah Sabater, Haddix Sabater; great-grandchildren, Maisie Lawler, Millie Lawler and Violet Nix all of Dahlonega.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Barrow Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
