Anna Lou Ella “Snooks” Kellar

Miss Anna Lou Ella “Snooks” Kellar, age 84 of Falls Road, Toccoa passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Pruitt Health Toccoa.

A daughter of the late Lewis Terrell Kellar and Merle Brady Kellar, she was born October 23, 1937 in Franklin County, Georgia having lived most of her life in Stephens County.  She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope Baptist Church.  She enjoyed listening to Old Time Gospel Hymns and doing word search puzzles; however, spending time with her family and friends was what she loved the most.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Nobie Kellar Canady and by a brother and sister-in-law, O’Neal and Peggy Kellar.

Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Teresa Kellar of Eastanollee; sister and brother-in-law, Imogene and Roy Craig, Jr. of Toccoa; a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 4, 2022, 2 O’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Jewell Gaines and the Reverend David Sosebee officiating.  The following will serve as pallbearers, Sonya Craig, Tim Canady, Kyle Canady, Kaden Canady, Jonathan Ottaway and Daryl Williams.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Miss Anna Lou Ella “Snooks” Kellar.
