Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Charles Lee Martin, age 79 of Cleveland, Georgia who entered rest Monday, January 31, 2022. Mr. Martin was born in Hoschton, Georgia a son of the late Jack and Velma Sherriff Martin and was retired from the City of Winder. In addition to his parents, Mr. Martin is preceded by his wife Wanda Wilmoth Martin and a brother, Kenneth Martin.

Survivors include two daughters, Kimberly Hudson of Cleveland, Angela Martin of Acworth, son Michael Martin of Watkinsville. Three sisters, Katie Sue Phillips of Homer, Wanda Martin of Commerce, and Tina Gee of Jefferson. One brother, Jack Martin of Jefferson.

In accordance with the wishes of Mr. Martin, his body has been cremated and no services will be held.
