Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Thomas Phillip Peavey, age 77 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Sunday, January 30, 2022. Mr. Peavey was born in Boston MA, the son of the late Paul E. Peavey and the late Marie R. Bean Peavey. Mr. Peavey was retired from the Construction Industry.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Anne Surette Peavey of Jefferson. Daughter, Stephanie Owens, three sons, Richard Peavey, Ronald Peavey and Steven Peavey. Three brothers, Paul Peavey, Joseph Peavey and James Peavey. Twelve grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren also survive.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 4, 2022 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Paul and Ron Peavey officiating. The family will receive friends 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. prior to the service at Evans Funeral Home.
