Wylene Brown Daniel, age 83 -Died on January 27, 2022 after a courageous fight against cancer. For those family members and friends close to her, she wanted you to know that she fought a good fight but it’s time to rest. Wylene was a true Christ follower and lived out her faith every day. She prayed for her family and would continually say “I Looove my family” with a smile and a lilt in her voice. Even when she could not get out to church services she would “go to church” Sundays to her favorite churches online. Yes, she was pretty tech savvy at her age.
Wylene was born at home in Marietta, Georgia on June16, 1938 to James Roy Brown and Ruby Ellen Brown. She married Thomas Jerrel Daniel (TJ) on October 19,1956 after they met at a church function. They were married 47 years and had two children Alex Van Daniel and Melissa Daniel Wolter. She was preceded in death by TJ and her parents. She is survived by her sister Linda Dover and brothers Gerald Brown and Michal Brown and by her two children: son Alex Daniel ( Lou Anne) and their children Zachary (Julia), Stephen and Holly, daughter Melissa Wolter (Fred) and their children Jordann (Justin), Kaden, Garitt and Will (Caroline), and by one great-grandchild Charlie Bennett.
Wylene’s life was characterized by love for her family, children, and grandchildren. She spent much of her time with her grandchildren and lately with her great-grandchild. The time spent with her grandchildren and most recently with her great-grandchild was the most precious thing to her.
Wylene, Mom, Grandmommy, Mazama, Ahhsama we will miss you deeply and daily, however we knew your relationship with the Lord and know you are now Whole, Healed and standing in the presence of our almighty God. We Love You!!
