Charlie Henry Finch

Mr. Charlie Henry Finch age 83 of Gainesville passed away on Thursday January 27, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.   

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday February 03, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Calvary Memorial Gardens in Gainesville, Ga. Rev. Michael Thurmond will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday February 02, 2022 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Charlie was born on January 08, 1939 in Hoschton, Ga to the late Willie Finch and May Slate Finch. He was a truck driver with Con Agra and was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Lounell Tanner Finch, sisters and brothers.   

Mr. Finch is survived by his children, Brenda Thurmond (Mike) of Gainesville, Debra Watson of Flowery Branch, Sherry Cade (Greg) of Gainesville, Tim Finch of Gainesville, brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy Finch (Louise) of Columbus, Ga, longtime friends, Robert Springer, 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
