Vicki Lynn Maret

Vicki Lynn Maret, 71, of Suwanee passed away Monday January 24, 2022 at her residence following a period of declining health.

Born December 22, 1950, Vicki had been a resident of Suwanee for the past seven years. She previously lived in Dawson County in the Chestatee Golf Community. Vicki was a member of First Baptist Church of Dawsonville where she and her husband were very active and for a number of years she worked in the church office. She loved music and loved to dance. A loving and devoted wife and mother, she loved her grandchildren most of all. Vicki was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Victor L. Maret.

Surviving are her daughters and sons in law, Carrie and Justin Larrison of Suwanee, Kimberly and James O’Connor of Jefferson, Sarah and Chris Anderson of Marietta; sister, Leslie Murphy of Athens; grandchildren, Madison Crews, Kelsey O’Connor, Jacob Crews, Kiley O’Connor, Easton Anderson, Ashtyn Larrison, Tyler Larrison; other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 29, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Dustin Gillespie will officiate.
