Dildra Young Shelton

Mrs. Dildra Young Shelton, age 61 of Gainesville, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Rev. Kyle Thomas will officiate. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Shelton was born December 2, 1960 to James & Mary Young in Gainesville, Georgia. She attended Freedom Ministries Christian Center.

She is survived by her husband, Felton Shelton, Jr.; daughter, Latisha Shelton; son, Kenemie Littlejohn; mother, Mary Young; brother, Derry Young; sister & brother-in-law, Lynn & Dennis Meaders; sisters, Debbie Young and Sherrie Young Jones.

She was preceded in death by her father, James L. Young; and sister, Erica Young.
