Shirley Lott Moore

Mrs. Shirley Lott Moore, age 84, of Flowery Branch passed away suddenly, due to a heart attack on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Braselton, surrounded by her family.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 20, 2022 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Rev. John R. Moore, Jr. will officiate.  The family will receive friends 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Moore was born December 20, 1937 to the late Thomas Dean & Elizabeth Morrison Lott in Flowery Branch.  A member of Oakwood First United Methodist Church, she was a loving wife and mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Moore is survived by her husband of 64 years, Roger Moore of Flowery Branch; son & daughter-in-law, Rev. John R. & Amy Moore, Jr. of Elberton; daughters & sons-in-law, Linda & David Rhodes of Flowery Branch and Lori & Larry Moore of Daytona Beach, Florida; grandchildren, Jim Hall, Jeff Hall, Jonathon Moore, Candace & Daniel Mull, Chris Rhodes, Sarah Moore and David Moore; great-grandson, Elijah Mull; sister, Virginia & Curtis Clark of Flowery Branch; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Jerry & Shirley Moore and Miriam & Ralph Williams; and several nieces & nephews.
