Scotty Lee Grindle

Mr. Scotty Lee Grindle, 70, of Alto passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Habersham County Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Brent Jordan will officiate. Interment will be in White Hall Baptist Church in Lula. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 11th from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Born on February 6, 1951 in Gainesville, he was the son of the late Thomas Grindle and the late Lucille Allen Grindle. He was retired from Cargill where he was a welder. Mr. Grindle was a member of White Hall Baptist Church.

Mr. Grindle is survived by his significant other, Sandy Armour of Baldwin; son, Travis Grindle of Gainesville; daughter and son in law, Tina and Neto Garcia of Gainesville; son and daughter in law, Rusty and Ginger Grindle of Clermont; son, Levi Grindle of Alto; daughter and son in law, Ashley and Shawn Ellis of Cleveland; grandchildren, Cadin, Taylor, Nikolas, Dalaina, Sydney, Shelby, Savannah, Shevelle, Sadie, Bailey, and Brooke;  great grandchildren, Bentley and Braylee; sister and brother in law, Geneva Irvin (Charles); brothers, Billy Grindle, Wayne Grindle, Tony Grindle; sister and brother in law, Ann Hawkins (James) and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
