Aceson Cannon Woodward

It is with great sorrow that we announce of Aceson Cannon Woodward earned in angel wings on the morning of December 21, 2021. Aceson was born on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 12:45pm in Gainesville, Georgia.

Sent from Heaven, Aceson was here for only thirty-three days. In that time, Aceson taught us all that each new life, no matter how brief, changes this world forever. He brought happiness to us all and, while he was only here for what seemed like a moment, our memories of him will ensure that moment lasts forever.

Aceson followed the path to Heaven lovingly lit by his paternal grandfather, Ricardo Delapaz.

Aceson is survived by his parents Hanna Woodward and Elijah Fields, grandparents; Amie Parker, Chuck Woodward, and Alicia Ramirez; siblings Jaxson Woodward and Easton Fields; aunts & uncles; Lana Woodward, Jasmine Delapaz, Keyaire Byron, Hammond Parker, Daniel Delapaz, and Logan Gober; great aunts & uncles; Avery Parker-Rice, Chris Rice, Jake Parker, Austin Parker, Christy Parker, Ivy Bonner, Lamar Fields, Dawn Eldred, Marc Eldred, Whitney Woodward, and Craig Woodward; great grandparents; Charles Woodward, Alexis Woodward, Dale Parker, Sherri Parker, Elizabeth Fields, and Tony Fields; cousins; Ollie Parker, Eleanor Parker, Eli Woodward, Gracie Woodward, Kate Adams, Sophie Adams, Landon Adams, Warron Adams, Eric Eldred, Reese Eldred, Cade Eldred, Kaliyah Johnson, Jade Bryant, Logan Bryant, Tori McDonald, and Lea Downing who will miss him dearly.

Although we will no longer hold Aceson in our arms, we will forever hold him in our hearts.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday December 29th, 2021 at 2pm in the chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home. Family will receive friends prior from 10am until time of service.  Interment to follow at Dahlonega Memorial Park Cemetery.
