Ethelind LaRue Fore Lindsey

Mrs. Ethelind LaRue Fore Lindsey, 86, of Gainesville went home to be with the Lord December 24, 2021 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Charlie Phillips will officiate. Interment will be in Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Born on September 7, 1935 in Leesburg, GA, she was the daughter of the late Virgil Bailey Fore and the late Dovie Lee Fore.  She was retired from Hewlett Packard where she was an Administrative Assistant. Mrs. Lindsey was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lindsey is preceded in death by her husband, William Rex Lindsey; sisters, Agnes Jordan, Clarise Fore, Judith Fore and Alda Fore.

Mrs. Lindsey is survived by her daughter, Vickie Lindsey of Gainesville; son, Troy Lindsey (Theresa) of Dawsonville; grandson, Andrew Lindsey (Abby); granddaughter, Allison Haynes (Daniel); great-grandchildren, Christian Lindsey, Georgia Lindsey, Aurora Lindsey, Alex Haynes; brother, Truitt Fore (Camilla) of Knoxville, TN and a number of other loving relatives.
