Judith “Judy” Denell Benton

Judith “Judy” Denell Benton, age 65, of Auburn, GA passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021.  She was preceded in death by parents, Bernard and Ethel Denell. Mrs. Benton is survived by husband of 35 ½ years, Keith Benton of Auburn, and son, Thomas Benton (Rachel) of Lawrenceville, GA. Judy was born on March 27, 1956 in Rockville, Maryland, and graduated from Rockville High School. She worked for Turner Broadcasting and Gwinnett Technical College as an administrative assistant. She loved collecting Blue Ridge pottery and antiquing. Judy was a friendly, outgoing person with a great sense of humor who loved her family dearly. A wake will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society in memory of Judy Benton.
