Reverend Numen Jeff Nichols

Reverend Numen Jeff Nichols, 85, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021. Born June 24, 1936 in Forsyth County, Reverend Nichols resided in Cumming with his wife. He was retired from American Die Technology and loved singing, playing guitar and clowning around with his family. Reverend Nichols was preceded in death by his parents, Tabor and Stella Nichols, his brother Jimmy Nichols and his sisters Ruth Frady and Dorothy “Dot” Bennett and his grandson, Jason Case.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mary Gladys Nichols, his sons, Randy Nichols, Jeff Nichols, and Doug Nichols, and his daughter, Joan Case and son-in-law Michael Case, and his sister, Sara Frady. He is also survived by his grandkids, Alan Martin, Missy Nichols, Bridgett Tilley, Tabby Smith, Steven Crowley, Nathan Case, Josh Nichols, Michael Nichols, Brittany Beck, Ashley Lewis, Jessica Case and 20 great grandkids and 3 great-great grandkids as well as several loved nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 19, at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. L.C. Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
