Christine Elilzabeth Lyons

Ms. Christine Elizabeth Lyons, age 50, of Flowery Branch passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Gainesville.

Christy was born in Atlanta at Georgia Baptist Hospital on December 17, 1970.  The family moved to the Dallas, Texas area and then back to Georgia, where she attended Crestwood High School and West Georgia College.

Christy was a real estate agent specializing in new homes for 20 years.  She loved working with clients, from couples buying their first home to those finding their retirement home.

She is survived by the loves of her life, daughters, Kali Lyons and Ava Lyons and their father James Lyons.  Other survivors are her mother, Mary Beth Kiddie and husband, Sandy Kiddie of Flowery Branch and her father, William Grinwis of Asheville, NC.  Also, her brother, Jonathan and wife, Jennifer Grinwis, along with their children Reece, Georgia, Lyla and Grady Bayne of Summerfield, NC.  She is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, nephews and nieces and cousins.

Services will be held at Saint Gabriel’s Episcopal Church, Oakwood, Georgia on December 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
