Debra Lummus Smith

Debra Lummus Smith, age 56, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her son, James B. Smith, Jr., parents, Sol Mock and Gloria Jean Mock; sister Patricia Vanderwater.  She is survived by her husband of 10 years, James B. Smith, Sugar Hill, GA; daughters, Victoria Amezquita, Duluth, GA, Tabatha Lummus, Kittery, ME, Melissa Harrell, Monroe, GA; grandchildren, Julian Amezquita, Jazlyn Wong, Cyrus Wong, Aurora Harrell; sisters, Vivian Alcantara, Social Circle, GA, Cindy Mock, Oxford, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Mrs. Smith was born on September 24, 1965 in Atlanta, GA.  She was a 1983 graduate of Newton High School and was employed with Sprouts Grocery Store in Johns Creek GA.  A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA, with Rev. Nathan Carrell of Monroe Apostolic Church officiating.  The Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Funeral Home.
