Melvin Tabor

Mr. Melvin Tabor, age 86 of Buford, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 3, 2021 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Pastor Neil Strong will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 3, 2021 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Tabor was born December 21, 1934 to the late George Henry & Vergie Tabor in Judson, North Carolina. He was a veteran Chief Warrant Officer of the United States Navy and attended Sugar Hill Church.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta Tabor; his son and daughter-in-law, Keith & Adriene Tabor of Duluth, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Kimberly & Glenn Alexander of Sandy Springs, GA; grandchildren, Sage Chambers, Danielle O’Sullivan, Schyler Tabor, & Grant Alexander; and several nieces and nephews.
