Joseph F. “Joe” Carter, 58, of Dacula, GA, died Thursday, November 25, 2021. Mr. Carter has been cremated and no service is scheduled at this time. Joe is survived by his mother, Norma Jean Carter, of NC and other extended family. Joe was born in Charlotte, NC.
