Mary Webb Martin Kitchens, age 67, of Alto, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021.
Born on August 15, 1954, in Clayton, she was a daughter of the late Grover Webb, Sr. and Lucy Henslee Webb. Mrs. Kitchens retired from Ethicon and was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. She was a faithful supporter of St. Jude and loved her dogs and cat.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Alton Gene Martin; second husband, Billy Joe Kitchens; daughter, Teresa Martin; and brother, Grover Webb, Jr.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and Pop Thomas of Cleveland and Carolyn and Kimble Ledford of Dahlonega; eight grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law: Calvin and Cindy Webb of Cornelia, Freddy and Vickie Webb of Clayton, Ronnie and Ann Webb of Cornelia, and Jimmy and Karen Webb of Clarkesville; sister, Clara Webb Tumlin of Alto; sister-in-law, Dorothy “Dot” Webb of Tiger; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held 2 pm, Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Lamar Kastner officiating.
