Mrs. Ellen Annette Stowe Wilson, age 74 of Eastanollee passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at her residence.
A daughter of the late Clarence and Fannie McCurley Stowe, she was born January 9, 1947 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was retired from the Stephens County School System and was a member of Tom’s Creek Baptist Church. She loved her family and her pets. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Verner Wilson, by three brothers, Pete, Kenyon and Bobby Stowe, two sisters, Betty Stowe and Faye Moore and by a granddaughter, Crystal Payne.
Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Brenda and Richard Smith of Toccoa and Angie Canady of Eastanollee; grandchildren, Cody and Ashley Smith, Ashley Canady and Blake Canady; great-grandchildren, Colt Smith, Parker Smith and Skylar Canady; brothers and sister-in-law, Harold and Jackie Stowe of Banks County and David Stowe of Eastanollee; two sisters, Martha Scott of Eastanollee and Louise Bullard of Toccoa; sister-in-law, Peggy Stowe of Eastanollee; a number of nieces and nephews; and her pet and loving companion, Leeann.
Graveside services will be Friday, November 12, 2021, 2 O’clock p.m. at Roselane Cemetery with The Reverend Don Scott officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Bryon Bullard, Blake Canady, Tommy Stowe, Cody Smith, Chris Scott and Kelly Scott.

Interment will follow in the Roselane Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Ellen Annette Stowe Wilson.
