Mary June Mooney

Mrs. Mary June Mooney, 82, of Gainesville passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 8, 2021 in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Born on April 10, 1939 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Versie Whitmire Hill. She was retired from Community Chest where she was a secretary. Mrs. Mooney was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mooney is preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Mooney.

Mrs. Mooney is survived by her nieces, Cheryl Roberts (Tommy) of Gainesville, Sharon Hutchins (Gary) of Gainesville, Cindy Rainwater (Kenny) of Clermont; nephews, Brian Hill (Sadie) of Clermont, David Hill (Pam) of Clermont; sister in law Patsy Hill of Clermont and a number of other loving relatives.
