Mrs. Deborah Elaine Grissett, 70, of Gainesville, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at her residence.

Born on December 4, 1950 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late W. Fred and Carolyn England Hatcher. She was a housewife and a member of Maranatha Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Grissett is preceded in death by her brothers, Charles Edward Hatcher, and James Robert (Bobby) Hatcher.

Mrs. Grissett is survived by her husband, Joel I. Grissett of Gainesville; daughter, Kimberly Dawn Grissett of Gainesville; son, Benjamin Joseph Grissett of Gainesville; grandson, Peyton McKinley Grissett of Gainesville; brother, Freddie Hatcher; sisters, Joann Fuller, Linda Settle; brothers, David Hatcher, Mike Hatcher; sister, Lesa Sisk; brother, Tommy Hatcher and a number of other loving relatives.
