Windy Lorraine Roper

Mrs. Windy Lorraine Roper, 59, of Maysville, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville Campus.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on April 6, 1962 in Buford, GA she was the daughter of the late Earnest Pinnell and the late Merry Scoggins. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Roper is preceded in death by her daughter in law, April Roper.

Mrs. Roper is survived by her husband, Frankie Roper of Maysville; daughter and son in law, Jamie and Mike Splawn of Commerce; son, Frankie Roper, Jr, of Maysville; sisters and brothers in law, Wanda and Brad Howard of Gainesville, Candie and Monroe Allison of Gainesville, Mellissa and Donnie Pricher of Dacula, Crystal and Kenneth Boyer of Maysville; brothers and sister in law, Tim and Thelma Pinnell of Gainesville, Tommy Pinnell of Lula, Danny Pinnell of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, C.J. Allison, Nikki Allison, Kolby Roper, Frankie Roper, III. Marla Splawn, Kayley Roper, Autumn Seabolt; great grandchildren, Memphis (Splawn) Ortiz, 2 on the way and a number of other loving relatives.
