Andy Lee Kastner

Andy Lee Kastner, 63, of the Wildcat Community, passed away on October 30, 2021.

Andy was born in Petersburg, Virginia the son of J.A. Kastner and Joyce Burrell Kastner. Andy was a graduate of Rabun County High School class of 1976 after high school he attended Southern Tech and earned a degree in Civil Engineering. In his professional career he worked for CW Matthews Construction, J Allen Long Construction and North East Georgia Heat and Air. He was an avid reader, outdoorsman and enjoyed people.

Andy was preceded in death by his grandparents Verner and Connie LaPrade Kastner and Dick and Bertha Gragg Burrell.

In addition to his parents he is survived by one; son Phillip Kastner Arnold of New York; two Step daughters, Bridget Davis, Eileen Johnson; two sisters Brenda Kastner Speed (Wesley) of Clarkesville, GA, Kathi Kastner Kesler (Shawn) of Mt. Airy GA, and a number of nieces and nephews aunts and uncle also survive.

The family will receive friends Monday November 1, 2021 at Beck Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday November 2, 2021 in the chapel of Beck Funeral Home with Rev. Joey Thompson and Kyle Watts Officiating. Burial will follow in the Roane Cemetery.
