Danny Gabrels

Danny Gabrels was born on March 12, 1954. He passed away at Habersham Hospital on Friday, October 29th, 2021.

Survived by his amazing wife of 48 years Gaylia Canup Gabrels, his children Brandy and Matthew, his brothers Michael and Steve Gabrels, his sisters Elaine Haynes and Sylvia Umberhanbt, and his son-in-laws Matt and Drew. Predeceased by his brother Kenneth Gabrels, his parents Louise and Junior Gabrels.

He was born and raised in Clarkesville, Ga, a home he loved for 68 beautiful years. All that knew him knew his passion for racing and speed as well as his love for sports including softball and baseball. Danny loved animals especially his three granddogs. He was the most loving husband and father and his family meant more to him than words can describe. Danny was always there for anyone who needed him. Truly a kind and loving man who showed his love to all that crossed his path. He was an amazing human, we will all miss him terribly.

Upon his wishes and due to COVID no services will be held.
