Alma Juanita Hardin

Miss Alma Juanita Hardin, age 90 of Toccoa passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Pruitt Health Toccoa.

A daughter of the late James Ervin Hardin and Julia Mae Driskell Hardin, she was born September 7, 1931 in Juliette, Georgia having lived most of her life in Toccoa.  She was a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia with a Degree in Nursing.  She was retired from Stephens County Hospital with 40 years of service. She attended Christwalk Church in Cornelia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Julia Hardin.

Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews; caregiver, Gail Heaton of Toccoa.

Funeral services will be Sunday, October 31, 2021, 2 O’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with Mrs. Gail Heaton officiating.  The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Bradley Collins, Nathan Collins, Bruce Haddock, Tyler Heaton, Brent Haddock and Bryan Chancelor.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Sunday, 11 O’clock a.m. until the service time.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Roselane Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of the arrangements for Miss Alma Juanita Hardin.
