Sara Owens Marsh

Sara Owens Marsh, age 82, of Buford, GA passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021.  She is survived by her husband of 44 years, William “Duck” Marsh, Buford, GA; children, Sandy and John Alexander, Braselton, GA, Beth Knowles, Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, John Blake Alexander, Ryan Knowles, Matthew Knowles; sister-in-laws, Sue Palmer, Lawrenceville, GA; nieces, nephews and cousins.  Mrs. Marsh was born May 18, 1939  in Buford, GA.  She was a 1957 graduate of  Buford High School.  Mrs. Marsh was retired from Bell South after 35 years of service.  She was a member of New Bethany Baptist Church, Buford, GA and a member of Pioneers Telephone Association.  A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2021 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA with Rev. Danny Ashworth officiating.  Interment will be at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA.  Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday before the Service.
