Mr. Hilario Alberto Alvarez-Zamora, 51, of Gainesville passed away Monday, October 18, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church. Father Ignacio Peres will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the residence, 4100 Belvedere Circle, Gainesville, GA 30506, on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 beginning at 5:00 p.m. and continuing until Thursday morning.

Born on February 28, 1970 in Ciudad Manuel Doblado, GTO, Mexico, he was the son of Elias Alvarez-Escamilla and Ofelia Zamora-Zapien. He was an electrician working with Power Source Tech. Mr. Alvarez was of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Alvarez is survived by his wife, Maria Elida Alvarez; daughter, Vanessa Alvarez; son, Adalberto Alvarez; daughters, Jennifer Alvarez, Giselle Alvarez, Lizet Alvarez, Vianey Alvarez; sister, Martha Alvarez; brothers, Jesus Alvarez, Armando Alvarez; sister, Silvia Alvarez; brother, Elias Alvarez, Saul Alvarez; sister, Delia Alvarez and a number of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
