Shirley Ann Vallad

Shirley Ann Barrett Vallad, age 78, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021.

Mrs. Vallad was born on March 5, 1943, in Fulton County, to the late Seaborn and Eula Pless Barrett.  She retired from the United States Department of Justice where she worked in support services for the F.B.I. 

Survivors include her husband, Larry Vallad, Cleveland; sisters, Uldine Adamson, Gainesville, and Renalda Chitwood, Maysville; several nieces and nephews as well as many cousins also survive.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1PM, Wednesday October 13, 2021 at the Chapel at Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Todd Stewart will officiate. Interment will follow at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 – 8PM, Tuesday October 12, 2021 at Barrett Funeral Home.
