Carol Ann Jernigan Hagood

Mrs. Carol Ann Jernigan Hagood, age 75, of Lula, Georgia, passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021.

Funeral services are scheduled for 7:00 pm Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel. Interment will be held at 11:30 am October 29, 2021 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at the funeral home prior to the service.

Mrs. Hagood was born October 23, 1945 in Spokane, Washington. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Jernigan and Dorothy Baker Jernigan.

Carol is loved by family and so many friends. She was full of life and enjoyed it to the fullest every day. Her heart has always been about family and she so loved her grandkids and great-granddaughter and had such a wonderful time with all of them. She has done hair for 50 years and loved all her clients and they also loved her, especially all her decorations and dressing up and that carried on at home as well. She always had loads of fun and had a wonderful life.

She is survived by her husband, Virgil Hagood; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Angi Parry; grandchildren, Tyler and Anslee Parry, Trenton and Emily Parry, great-great-granddaughter, Kinslee Parry and many friends.

In lieu of flowers the family has suggested donations be made to the American Cancer Society 615 Oak Street. B Gainesville, Georgia 30501.
