Jack Edward Rawdin, Jr., age 77, of Sautee Nacoochee, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
Jack was born on July 7, 1944, in Boca Raton, Florida. He was one of six siblings. Jack proudly served in the Army and retired from the insurance industry. He was a member of The Sons of Confederate Veterans and enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing, and hunting. Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is preceded in death by his daughters, Angie Kappner and Jackie Galliher; brother, Tom Rawdin; and granddaughters, Tiffany Estes and Hope Pippin.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Jeannie Rawdin; daughter, Mildred Owens-Weaver; son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Sherry Spivey; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Stan Pippin; son, Josh Rawdin; grandchildren, Bridget Erwin, Lindsay Adkinson, Tyler Handley, Emily Fuller, Dakota Spivey, Hunter Rainville, Richard Spivey, Conner Cantrell, and Samad Sarfraz; 18 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters and 1 brother; many nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family and friends.
No public services are planned at this time.
Flowers will be acknowledged, however, the family requests that donations be made to Shepherd’s Chapel – P.O. Box 416, Gravette, Arkansas, 72736, in honor of Jack.
