Timothy Gary Goode

Timothy Gary Goode, 61, of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021, at Northside Forsyth Hospital, Cumming, GA after an extended illness.  He was a lifelong resident of Dawsonville, GA.  He loved digging for gold, birdwatching, photography, video games.  He was a son and brother.

He is preceded in death by his father, Vasco Goode; brothers, Terry Goode, Jerry Goode, Jimmy Goode; sisters, Jeanette Reece, Elda Looper.

He is survived by his mother, Gladys Darnell Bennett of Dawsonville, GA; brothers, Troy Goode of Dawsonville, GA, Tracy Goode of Dawsonville, GA; sister, Joan Goode Brown of Dawsonville, GA; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. 

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel, with the Reverend Rodney Pilcher officiating.  Interment will follow the service at Sweetwater Baptist Church Cemetery, Dawsonville, GA. 

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
