Mr. Chadwick David Smith age 44 of Atlanta, GA passed away on Monday September 20, 2021 following a brief illness.
Memorial services are scheduled for a later date.
Chadwick was born on October 13, 1976 in Gainesville, GA to James David Smith and Deborah Parks Smith. He worked for Comcast for many years where he held the title of Analyst Forecasting and Analysis. He is preceded in death by his grand-mother, Delora Nell Reed Crow, Grand-father, Horace Parks, Grand-parents, George and Landis Smith, Step-grandfather, Ervin Crow, Uncle Jeff Parks, and Aunt Marsha Parks.
Mr. Smith is survived by his father, James David Smith of Gainesville, mother, Deborah Parks Smith of Gainesville, sister, Brandi Michelle Smith of Gainesville, uncle, Jerrold Parks of Gillsville, his beloved dog Penny, and many loving cousins, family, friends, and co-workers.
Chad was an incredibly kind, talented, funny, and loving soul. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be greatly missed.
