Erric Shaw Adams

Erric Shaw Adams, age 37 of Cornelia, Georgia graced this world on Wednesday, August 15, 1984 and gracefully left this world on Sunday, September 19, 2021.

Erric was a long-time employee at Papa John's Pizza of Cornelia, where he was the assistant manager. He had such a big heart, was kind, and gave to all who knew him. Erric enjoyed life and everything that life had to offer. He was a very rounded and grounded person. Erric was a member of Greater Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Clarkesville.

He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Adams Sr.; twin brother, Derric Adams; grandfathers, EC Brown & Lee Adams; grandmothers, Johnnie Brown & Mary Alice Barnette; as well as an aunt, Georgia Mae Shades.

To live on in his memory is his mother, Barbara Brown Adams; brother, Willie "A.J." Adams, Jr. both of Clarkesville, GA; sister, Raven Adams of Cornelia, GA; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, & friends.

A homegoing celebration service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 02, 2021 at Hillside Memorial Chapel in Clarkesville with Rev. Floyd Means officiating. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 01, 2021.
