John Daniel Cobb

Mr. John Daniel Cobb, age 53 of Athens, Georgia passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021.

A son of the late Waymon and Katherine Bolmon Cobb, he was born July 10, 1968 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived most of his life.  He was of the Baptist faith and loved his family.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Cobb.

Survivors include his wife, April Michelle “Missi” Jordan Cobb; two daughters, Andrea Jackson and Kayla Cobb; two step-sons, Asa Wilbanks and Josh Wilbanks; three granddaughters and two grandsons; two brothers and sister-in-law, Criss and Pam Cobb of Toccoa and Danny Cobb of Athens; three nephews, Anthony Cobb, Cale Cobb and Cody Cobb and one niece, Amber Cobb.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
