Weldon R. Parr

Mr. Weldon R. Parr, age 91 of Danielsville passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.  Mr. Parr was born in Commerce to the late, Ernest and Clara Mae James Parr.  Mr. Parr was retired from Harmony Grove Mill, a US Air Force veteran, and of the Holiness Faith.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Parr was also preceded in death by his wife, Frances Miller Parr and brother, Kenneth Parr.

Mr. Parr is survived by his daughters, Beverly Aaron (Stanley) of Martinez and Debra Allen (Russell) of Danielsville; sister, Janice Bond (Morris) of Danielsville; granddaughter, Carrie Spangler (Ryan); great grandson, Barrett Spangler; nephew, Eddie Bond.

Graveside service will be held Monday, Sept. 20th at 12 PM from Grey Hill Cemetery with Rev. Marty Smith and Rev. Larry Dyer officiating.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
