Fay Ellen Pocock

Mrs. Fay Ellen Pocock, 83, of Gainesville passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville Campus.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 20, 2021 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

 
Born on February 28, 1938 in Detroit, MI she was the daughter of the late Lynn and Mary Elliott Daniels. She was retired from SKF after many years of service.

In addition to her parents. Mrs. Pocock is preceded in death by her husband, James Walter Pocock and son, John Pocock.

Mrs. Pocock is survived by her daughters, Margaret Platt (Keith) of Gainesville, Bernadette Taylor (Darry) of Loganville; sons, Kenneth Lynn Pocock of Gainesville, Michael James Pocock (Addie) of Gainesville. Paul Pocock (Darlene) of Gainesville, James Joseph Pocock (Carla) of Gainesville; brother, Albert Daniels of Kansas City, Missouri, sister, Sandy Maxie of Pahrump, NV; 12 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
