Edith Cardozo

Mrs. Edith Cardozo, 95, of Oakwood, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 at her residence.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Born on May 22, 1926 in Port Au Prince, Haiti, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Nicholas and the late Ita Cooper Nicholas. She was self-employed as a Beautician.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cardozo is preceded in death by her husband, Byron Ethan Cardozo.

Mrs. Cardozo is survived by her daughter and son in law, Rosemanie and Dennis Orobona of Oakwood; sons and daughters in law, Anthony and Pat Cardozo of Andover, NJ, David and Chris Cardozo of Dumont, NJ; grandchildren, Tambrin Craig, Damon Orobona, Courtnrey Cardozo; great grandchildren, Jack Michelson, Ben Craig, Grayson Craig, Hunter Orobona; sisters, Rosemary Curth of Port Washington, NY, Caridad Gerdes of Plantation, FL; brother and sister in law, George and Elaine Nicholas and a number of other loving relatives.
