Fairy Eunice Lackey

Fairy Eunice Lackey, age 80, of Dawsonville, GA passed away September 10, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother who loved sewing and ironing. She went home to be with her Lord & Savior on her 80th birthday and her 61st anniversary. She met her husband Charles in heaven who preceded her in death nine days earlier to continue their true love story for eternity. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Lackey, parents, Ruby & Albert Sams, sister, Nancy Edwards, brothers, Glenn Sams, Roy Sams, Jackie Sams, Mark Sams, Jimmy Sams, and James Sams.

She is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Dana & Jimmy Payne, of Dawsonville, GA, Penny & Dennis Grindle, of Cumming, GA, Kristy & Lee Samples, of Cumming, brother, George (Brenda) Sams, of Cumming, GA, sister, Ethel (Tommy) Dodd, of Cumming, GA, grandchildren, Darrell Payne, & Brittany, Breana Wise & Jake, Cody Samples & Taylor, Chelsea Samples, Tasha Barnes & Nick, great grandchildren, Paisley Alyse Payne, Parker James Samples, Grayson Scott Barnes and Arthur Ryan Wise.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday September 13, 2021 at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Craig Richard, Rev. George Sams, & Rev. Jimmy Payne officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Monday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
