William "Sloane" Davis

Mr. William “Sloane” Davis age 64 of Flowery Branch, Ga passed away on Tuesday September 07, 2021.                      

Sloane was born on August 30, 1957 in Thomasville, Alabama to the late Joseph Davis, Jr. and Emma Counselman Davis. He retired from IBM where he worked for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, LaDonna Jones Davis of Flowery Branch, brothers, Henry Scott Davis of TerreHaute, Indiana, Joseph Davis, III (Norma) of Daphne, Alabama, Alan Jones (Sonya), aunt, Hazel Parden of Thomasville, Alabama, nieces and nephews, Joey (Susan) Davis of Cornelius, North Carolina, Lee (Kelly) Davis of Daphne, Alabama, Lauren (Matt) Wright of Huber City, Utah, Janna (Andrew) Kersh of Athens, Ga, Kayla (Alex) Evans of Athens, Ga, and special friends, Eddie and Teresa Duncan.

Celebration of life services will be scheduled for a later date.
