Marie Hubbard Morgan, age 92, a resident of Forsyth County, went to be with her Heavenly Father on September 6, 2021. She was born on April 7, 1929, to the late Henry and Cordie Gazaway, Marie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be sadly missed. Her faith in Jesus was witnessed through the love she showed to everyone she met. She was a lifelong member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. In addition to her parents and siblings, Marie is preceded in death by her husband L.B. Hubbard, son, Danny Hubbard and grandson, Keith Hubbard.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Morgan, her children, Carolyn and Clark Watson, Leland & Stacy Hubbard and Nancy & Jeff Flanagan; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA, with Rev. Clark Watson and Rev. Donnie Nix officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
