Charles Ronald Thomas

Mr. Charles Ronald Thomas age 65 of Gainesville, Ga passed away on Thursday, September 02, 2021 at his residence following an extended illness.

Graveside services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 08, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Kenneth Haynes will officiate.

Charles was born on January 13, 1956 in Gainesville, Ga to J.D. Thomas and Georgia Flora Thomas Crumbley. He worked for many years as a painter. He is preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Flora Thomas, brothers, Herman Lamar Hollis, and Jimmy Donald Hollis.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his father, Carlton Hollis of Clermont, brother, Michael Hollis of Gainesville, sisters, Patricia Haynes of Sardis, Glenda Taylor of Monroe, brother, Steve Hollis of Gainesville, brother, Curtis Glenn Thomas of Hartwell, and a host of many other close friends and relatives.
