Thomas Matthew Moon, age 65 of Commerce, GA passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2021.
Born on Sept. 5, 1955 in Loganville, GA, Mr. Moon was the son of the late Robert and Ore Ewing Moon. He was a retired fork lift operator and was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Swafford.
Survivors include his wife, Felicia Koons Moon of the home; son, Bobby (Tonya) Moon; daughter, Danita Moon; brother, Bobby Leon Moon; sisters, Sue Collins, Janice Hoopaugh, Shirley Martin; grandchildren, Brooklynn Moon, Matthew Moon; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm Monday, Aug. 23, 2021 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Storey Tate officiating. Burial will follow at Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 12 pm until the funeral hour Monday.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to help with final expenses.
