William “Bill” Dedrick Thompson, age 89, of Hoschton, Georgia, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021 in Gainesville, Georgia.

Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 am Friday, September 17, 2021 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel 989 Riverside Drive Gainesville, Georgia. A private family graveside will be held at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to First Baptist Church Music Program 751 Green Street Gainesville, GA 30501.
