Thomas B. Owens

Thomas B. Owens, age 81 or Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Owens.  He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Eleanor Barkley Owens, Buford, GA; children, William Owens, Buford, GA, Sharon Morgan, Hunter, VA; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Peggy Owens, Aiken, SC.  Mr. Owens was born August 6, 1940 in Poplar Branch, NC.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a retired security guard from the Mall of GA for 15 years.  He was of the Methodist faith.  Mr. Owens was a member of the American Legion Post 4.  There are no formal services at this time.
