Michael William Slaick

Mr. Michael William Slaick, 71, of Gainesville passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Bill Compton will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Friday, August 20, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on September 21, 1949 in Atlanta, he was the son of the late Ronald Slaick and Dorothy Cullpepper Hall. Mr. Slaick was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of Belmont Baptist Church.

Mr. Slaick is survived by his wife, Linda Slaick of Gainesville; son and daughter in law, Chris and Aimee Slaick of Thompson Station, TN; daughter, Elissa Adamcik of Gainesville; granddaughter, Kailyn and Tanner Bennett; grandson, Andrew Adamcik and a number of other loving relatives.
