Robert Earl Waters

Robert Earl Waters, 67, of Cumming passed away peacefully in his home Tuesday, August 10, 2021. A native of Tifton, GA, Robert was a quiet, humble, and smart man. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech as well as at Mississippi State University. Robert formerly worked in Cumming as the Southeastern Regional Manager of Tengo, Inc. He loved to fish and read. Robert was a longtime member of the Atlanta Saltwater Fishing Club as well as the Lake Lanier Crappie Club.

Robert is survived by his wife of 42 years, Paula Waters; as well as his children, Josh Waters, Eron Cooper, and Jena Waters; grandchildren, Cadence Lewis, Maddox Cooper and Mara Jane Cooper; and his sister, Donna Waters.

A Celebration of Life honoring Robert will be held Saturday, August 14, at 3:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
