Mr. Lamont Leric Leff, age 74 of Stancil Drive, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Monday, August 9, 2021 at his residence.
A son of the late Theodore Woodrow Leff and Mary Katerina Ciesla, he was born January 29, 1947 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey having lived most of his life in Toccoa. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Germany and also served in the Georgia National Guard. He was employed with Oxford Sportswear and E-Z Bore, Inc. and later employed with Piedmont Automotive with 20 years of service. He was a member of Toccoa First Alliance Church where he attended the Sunday School and Home Group, was a mentor for the Stephens County Schools, served in the Jail Ministry and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Survivors include his wife of the home, Peggy Nonnemacher Leff; son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Nycole Leff of Tiger, Georgia; two grandchildren, Andrew Matthew Leff and Charlotte Elizabeth Leff; sister and brother-in-law, Renee and Robert Page of New Port Richey, Florida.
Celebration of life service will be held late in the fall and date to be announced.
