Shirley Neyman Glidden

Shirley Neyman Glidden, age 88, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away Monday, August 2, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon E. Glidden; son, Jack Smith; brother, Maurice Neyman.  She is survived by her children, Bill (Theresa) Glidden, Flowery Branch, GA, Rick (Stella) Smith, Ogden, UT, David Smith, Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren, Kari Sprunger, Zack Smith, Stephanie Smith; great-grandchildren, Peyton Souvonavong; Espyn Smith, Delta Smith, Sophie Smith; sister, Sandy Cole, Sturbridge, MA.

Formerly of Ware, MA,  Mrs. Glidden was born on January 8, 1933 in Bellingham, MA.  She was a former member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Ware, MA.  A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, August 7, 2021 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA with Rev. Bryan Smith from Redwine UMC officiating.  Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. on Saturday until the time of Service.  In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made in her momory to the DAV Organization.
