Lisa Richardson James

Lisa Richardson James age 61 of Demorest formerly of Gainesville entered rest Sunday August 1, 2021 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Lisa was born in Attleboro, Massachusetts to Nancy Groesbeck & the late Dr. Russell Richardson. She worked as a Phlebotomist at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center for 10 years and as a customer service representative at Mundy Mill Insurance. She was of the Baptist faith and preceded in death by her father, Dr. Russell Richardson.

Survivors include, her loving husband, Randy James; son, Tyler Paul James; daughters, Amanda James (Jeremy) Dale & Katie Beth (Josh) Ford; mother, Nancy Groesbeck; brother, Michael Richardson; sisters, Robin Seabolt & Beth Gonzalez; 8 grandchildren and a number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at the Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
